Workshops
Every two months we will organize a workshop.
There will be two different types of workshops.
The first type will focus on applying exercises for different target muscle groups and movement patterns.
The second type will focus on the new speed and explosive strength training principles from the idea to implementation. We will show the participants how to test the effectiveness of these principles and how they can use them in training optimization.
At the end of every workshop there will be a short Q&A session.

Athletic training
Athletic training organized and led by Srdjan Djordjevic and his team of experts.
We are offering: speed training, explosive strength training, post-rehabilitation training, target training (elements of technique, deficient muscle groups, specific drills…).

Mentoring
Two week in-person mentoring program for coaches.
It consists of practical demonstrations of different forms of speed and explosive strength and post-rehabilitation training. Mentoring also provides the necessary skills to use advanced measurement methods, understand the biomechanical and kinematic analyses and the knowledge to implement them during your training.
After the two-week mentoring program, we offer you follow up meeting on your progress and offer you support that you need.

Data analysis
Continuous analysis of sports performance plays an important role in planning and individualizing training.
In elite sports it has already become a regular part of training process.
We are offering you analyzation and interpretation of different types of time series.
For example, the analysis of different biomechanical variables in time, such as force in time, acceleration in time, m-wave, mechanical muscle activity in time and many more. For the analysis, we will use signal processing methods and discrete statistical analysis as well as other advanced statistical methods, such as Statistical Parametric Mapping (SPM).
