Post-rehabilitation training has been developing intensively in the last few years. When it comes to elite athletes it is hard to find a single one that hasn’t been injured. Depending on the type and severity of injury, rehabilitation period is followed by a period when the risk of re-injury is increased, especially at maximal level of the load. Therefore, we need to introduce some adaptations of training, which require individualization and precise methods to determine the functional status of the musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems.
